DMCA

Pixbooru respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and publishers. If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a removal request following the procedure described below.

What is DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law that provides a process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from online platforms. Even if you are outside the United States, you may use this process to request content removal.

What we do and don't host

Pixbooru is a fan community platform that indexes and displays anime and manga-related artwork and information. We do not claim ownership over any character, series, illustration, or trademark. All rights belong to their respective creators, studios, and publishers. Content on this platform is shared for fan appreciation and informational purposes only.

How to submit a takedown request

To request removal of content you own, please send an email to myinfo.com.br@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include all of the following:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the content you want removed.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.
Response time

We take copyright concerns seriously. Valid takedown requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you by email once the content has been reviewed and acted upon.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to myinfo.com.br@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant court.

Repeat infringers

Pixbooru reserves the right to restrict or block access to users who repeatedly submit or post infringing content, in accordance with applicable law.

⚠️ Submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability. Please make sure you are the rightful copyright owner or an authorized representative before filing a request.
